The Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the embedded software that powers our products while leading the daily operations of a talented engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with people and process leadership in a role where you can make a visible impact on both technology and team success.
You'll be joining a team that values collaboration, trust, and shared success. The team actively supports one another, challenges ideas constructively, and works together to solve complex engineering challenges. As Team Lead, you won't be expected to have all the answers. Instead, you'll be supported by experienced engineers who believe the best results come from combining different perspectives, sharing ownership, and learning together.
The team is also known for its curiosity and willingness to explore new ways of working. As an early adopter of AI-enabled engineering practices, the team actively evaluates how emerging technologies can improve development workflows, increase efficiency, and create value for both engineers and the business. With a mindset of “Can we?” and “If so, how?”, the team continuously looks for opportunities to innovate and challenge conventional approaches. This creates an exciting environment for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with continuous improvement.
Your work will directly influence the quality, reliability, and performance of our products while helping shape both the future of embedded software development and the way engineering teams work across Danfoss.
