Are you a skilled baker with experience in managing a team and creating delicious baked goods Look no further Our bakery in the quaint city of Faroe-Islands is seeking a Head Baker to lead our team and bring their expertise to our customers As the Head Baker you will oversee all aspects of our bakery operations from creating new recipes to managing inventory and leading a team of bakers
Responsibilities Create and prepare a variety of baked goods including breads pastries cakes and more
Develop new recipes and techniques to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Train and supervise other bakers ensuring quality products are consistently produced
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery
Collaborate with management on menu planning and pricing strategies
Interact with customers taking orders and providing excellent customer service
Adhere to all health codes and regulations
Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a professional baker
Previous experience in managing a team preferred
Knowledge of various baking techniques ingredients equipment etc
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication skills with both team members and customers
Must be able to work early mornings weekends and holidays as needed
Salary $1200 per month negotiable based on experience
Location Faroe Islands accommodation provided if needed
Visa Sponsorship Available for qualified candidates
