WE ARE HIRING – SERVICE MANAGER FOR OUR COPENHAGEN DEPARTMENT
Are you a strong leader with a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service?
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Service Manager to join our cleaning operations in Copenhagen.
As a Service Manager, you will play an important role in our daily operations and act as the link between our clients, cleaning staff, and management. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our clients receive reliable, professional, and high-quality cleaning services.
Your main responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating cleaning staff
Ensuring high cleaning standards and carrying out quality checks
Maintaining regular communication with clients
Staff scheduling and daily planning
Training and onboarding new employees
Handling day-to-day operational challenges
Following up on client satisfaction and employee performance
We are looking for someone who: Is responsible, service-minded, and solution-oriented
Has strong leadership and communication skills
Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Has experience in the cleaning industry or a similar service environment – preferably in a supervisory or management role
Is comfortable working with employees from different backgrounds
Can communicate effectively in Danish and English
Location: Copenhagen
