Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

The warehouse logistics coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the operations and personnel of our busy warehouse in Horsens This full-time position requires previous experience in warehouse management as well as strong organizational and communication skills The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented able to work independently and collaboratively and have a strong understanding of logistics processes

Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse including receiving storing and shipping goods

Ensure accurate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of orders

Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of goods

Train and supervise warehouse staff ensuring safety protocols are followed

Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and delivery schedules

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost savings

Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics role

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using inventory management software

Knowledge of safety regulations for operating equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in supply chain management or related field

Experience working with international suppliers

Familiarity with lean principles or process improvement methodologies
