Location Randers Denmark

Salary 1400$ per month

Contract: part-time

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Randers. As the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring quality control and safety standards are met and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management

Strong project management skills with the ability to plan organize and prioritize tasks effectively

Knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects in Denmark

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. You must have your own accommodation in Randers and be legally eligible to work in Denmark. We will provide a free visa and ticket for non-Danish citizens.
