Support Consultant - Beauty and wellness

Be the first voice our customers hear, and help them get more out of every booking, as first-line support for EG Timma, CBIT and Hairtools.

Do you want to make a real difference for customers in the beauty and wellness industry? At EG Timma, CBIT and Hairtools, you'll join a dedicated support team as first-line contact, helping customers get the most out of their booking system every day. Previous support experience is a plus, not a requirement, as full training is provided.

Then you might be our new Support Consultant.

As part of the department

You will be part of Timma, Hairtools and CBIT's support team, working closely together to deliver professional and personal support to our customers in the therapist, hair, beauty, and wellness industry.

The team consists of 5 dedicated support consultants who handle inquiries daily via email, chat, and phone. Our customers are primarily based in Denmark, and we place a strong emphasis on quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Your workday and your tasks

Acting as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, and phone (first-line support)

Providing support for Timma and Hairtools' booking system for the hair, beauty, and wellness industry

Providing support for CBIT's booking system for feet therapists and cosmetic practitioners

Assisting customers in improving and optimising the set-up of their booking system

Contributing to knowledge sharing by creating and updating "help" articles and videos

Translating English "help" articles into Danish with help from AI

Handling customer inquiries related to billing

You are the ideal candidate if you

Are passionate about speaking with customers by phone

Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Speak and write fluent Danish (required); proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage internally and externally

Possess solid IT skills and feel comfortable working with digital systems

Are curious about AI and enjoy using it as a natural part of solving problems and supporting customers

Are reliable, responsible, and meet customers with patience and a positive attitude

Have insight into trends and developments within the beauty and wellness industry

Understand data security and the importance of correct handling of customer data

Work in a structured manner and thrive as part of a strong team, as teamwork is essential with us

What's in it for you?

A 37-hour work week

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 16:30 and Friday from 8:30 to 16:00

Hybrid working model: 3 days at the office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and 2 remote workdays (Tuesday, Thursday)
