We are seeking an experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Formworker Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of formworkers to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects.
Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of formworkers providing guidance and support as needed
Ensure that all worksite safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents or injuries
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
Coordinate with other trades and contractors on-site to ensure efficient workflow
Train new formworkers on proper techniques and procedures
Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlinesMaintain accurate records of materials used hours worked and progress made on projects
Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
Strong leadership skills with previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
Knowledge of various formwork systems and techniques
Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Physical ability to perform duties including lifting heavy materials
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if necessary
Salary 900$ per week with accommodation provided
Location Copenhagen Denmark nationality or location preference is not a requirement
