Azure BI Developer – Remote For a client in Greater Copenhagen we are looking for an Azure BI Developer for an exciting remote assignment.
Core Skills and Scope of Work Highly experienced with Microsoft SQL Server database development/T-SQL (or any other)
Experience with building data pipelines and developing data transformations resulting in working ELT/ETL process (bonus if in Data Factory, Apache Spark or Databricks)
DWH and dimensional data modelling knowledge following industry best‑practises (Kimball, Inmon..)
Good working knowledge of BI project life‑cycle and general concepts, and being able to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Ability to use PowerDesigner (or similar) - understanding how to create ER diagrams, data models and business process schemas
Knowledge of DevOps concepts and CI/CD, experience with working in Agile environments
General knowledge of MS Azure core functionalities and services supporting BI development - Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL
Experience developing DAX, tabular models and PowerBI reports (good to have)
Experience with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS stack, or their MS Azure counterparts
