Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our companys information systems Your main responsibility will be to identify and mitigate potential security risks by conducting regular vulnerability assessments monitoring network traffic and implementing security controls You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining security policies procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards

Key Responsibilities Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks

Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity or breaches

Implement and maintain security controls to protect against cyber threats

Develop and maintain information security policies procedures and protocols

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in information security

Investigate and respond to security incidents or breaches as needed

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new security measures or updates

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security

Proficient in various operating systems Windows Linux databases SQL and network protocols TCPIP

Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 2700127002 NIST Cybersecurity Framework etc

Experience with vulnerability assessment tools Nessus intrusion detectionprevention systems IDSIPS firewalls etc

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Additional Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as CISSP CISM CISA are highly desirable

Experience working with cloud-based environments AWSAzure

Location This position is based in Esbjerg. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.

Salary The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
