About the Role

We're looking for a Designer to join our Design & Production team in a temporary position, starting in September 2026 and running until February/March 2027.

The position is 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility depending on the candidate. However, it is essential that you are able to work from our Copenhagen office at least three days per week.

You will become part of a strong and experienced Design & Production team, working closely with our Head of Design & Production, our founders, and the rest of the team. From day one, you'll play an important role in bringing new collections to life- from the first sketches and design concepts to the final handover to production.

You will be responsible for sketching new styles, preparing handovers to production, and driving the early stages of the design process, including lab dips, sourcing, and other development tasks.

You are confident working independently, take full ownership of your responsibilities, and have strong organisational skills. You work in a structured way that creates clarity for the people around you.

Key Responsibilities

Design and sketch collections based on briefs from the Head of Design & Production and/or our founders.

Prepare handovers for all styles to the Production team.

Attend all fit sessions and ensure Planet Nusa's design vision is maintained across all product categories.

Maintain collection overviews and design documentation.

Key Qualifications

Creative, curious, and able to work within a defined design brief and concept.

Responsible and confident in leading the design development process.

Proactive and independent in your way of working.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience with Delogue is an advantage.

Expert user of Adobe Illustrator.

Minimum two years' experience in a similar design role.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week). Working hours are flexible and will be planned together with the Design & Production team.
