As a Carpenter Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of carpenters in our company located in Greenland
You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all carpentry work is completed on time within budget and meets quality standards
This position requires experience in carpentry and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of carpenters to complete projects on time and within budget
Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members
Ensure that all carpentry work meets quality standards and follows project specifications
Collaborate with the project manager to plan and schedule tasks for the team
Train new carpenters on company policies procedures and safety protocols
Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques tools and materials
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
We are offering a salary of 1800$ per month for this position
We provide visa sponsorship for this position
