Web Developer

A well-established technology company in Aalborg is seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer to join our growing team. As a Web Developer you will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites from layout to function and according to the company’s specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies as well as experience with web development tools and languages.

Responsibilities Collaborate with designers and project managers to create visually appealing websites

Develop front-end website architecture

Design user interactions on web pages

Write efficient code for back-end functionality

Ensure cross-platform compatibility

Optimize website for maximum speed and scalability

Implement security measures to protect website data

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Proven work experience as a Web Developer

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other front-end languages

Experience with back-end languages such as PHP, Python or Ruby on Rails

Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal

Knowledge of SEO principles

Familiarity with graphic design software such as Photoshop or Sketch is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good time management skills

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location This position is based in Aalborg but remote work options may be available.
