Junior DevOps Developer

Responsibilities Assist in the maintenance and support of our cloud-based systems

Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth integration and deployment of new features

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Develop implement and maintain automation processes for continuous integration and delivery

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps

Requirements Strong interest in technology specifically in the field of DevOps

Basic understanding of LinuxUnix operating systems

Familiarity with at least one programming language eg Java Python Ruby

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Understanding of configuration management tools eg Ansible Chef

Knowledge of containerization technologies eg Docker

Background in software development or system administration
