Job Description

With approximately 500 employees, the company is seeking an Interim Payroll Manager to oversee the payroll administration, which currently consists of three employees. The company is private equity-owned.

Responsibilities

Handle reimbursements and reconciliations

Payroll controlling, including salary development analysis

Process optimization, including simplification and modernization

System implementation of D365 (Navision) and phase-out of XAL for payroll calculation

Enhance and improve Lessor, the payroll module

Lead a team of two employees

Ensure timeliness and accuracy in payroll execution

Maintain and develop a visible and collaborative payroll department, working closely with management, HR, and union representatives

Reporting to public authorities, including municipalities
