Contract IT Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Contract IT Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands As a Contract IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companys information technology systems and infrastructure on a contractual basis You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively to meet business needs Additionally you will be responsible for managing any external vendors or partners involved in the companys IT operations

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the companys information technology systems on a contractual basis

Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business needs

Manage external vendors and partners involved in the companys IT operations

Ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively

Develop and implement IT policies procedures and standards

Monitor system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues

Manage budget for IT projects and expenses

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

Minimum of 5 years working experience as an IT Manager or similar role

Proven experience managing projects and budgets within the IT department

Strong knowledge of network administration database management and cloud computing

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams

Experience working in a contract-based environment is preferred

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract job

Location This position is located in Faroe Islands

Contract Duration This is a contract position with an initial duration of 12 months There is potential for extension based on performance
