Job Title Architectural Technologist As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for designing and planning building projects ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations You will work closely with architects engineers and clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs Being detail-oriented and having strong technical skills are essential for this role

Responsibilities Use computer-aided design software to create detailed architectural drawings

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning

Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts

Prepare construction documents including drawings specifications and cost estimates

Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Communicate effectively with clients contractors and team members

Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist

Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software

Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Strong technical skills including understanding of structural systems

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
