We are seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker Supervisor to join our team in Horsens As a Formworker Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of formworkers on construction sites ensuring that all work is completed safely accurately and on time You will be responsible for training and supervising a team of formworkers as well as creating schedules managing materials and equipment and maintaining quality control standards The ideal candidate will have previous experience in formwork construction excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month City Horsens Country Denmark
Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in formwork construction
Prior experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
Ability to read blueprints and plans
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Excellent time management skills
Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions
Strong communication skills
Responsibilities Supervise formwork construction activities on site
Train new formworkers and provide ongoing support and guidance to the team
Create schedules for the completion of projects
Ensure that all work is done according to safety regulations and company standards
Manage materials and equipment needed for formwork construction
Communicate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders regarding progress updates and any issues that may arise
Conduct quality control checks on completed work
Maintain accurate records of project progress and expenses
Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team and report them to higher management if necessary
