We are seeking a friendly and dependable Concierge to join our team in Greenland As a concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay
Key Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
Provide recommendations for local attractions restaurants and services
Arrange transportation for guests as needed
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
Requirements Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month
We welcome applicants without previous experience in the concierge profession however knowledge of the local area is preferred
Applicants must have their own visa to work in Greenland
