Senior PHP Developer

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team in Faroe-Islands As a Senior PHP Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex web applications using PHP languages You will work closely with our team of developers designers and project managers to deliver high-quality efficient and scalable solutions

Responsibilities Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using PHP programming language

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features

Maintain existing codebase and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Write clean efficient and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed

Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and suggest improvements to enhance performance

Ensure all projects are delivered on time by following project timelines strictly

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience working as a PHP Developer in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter

Experience with HTMLCSS JavaScript jQuery AJAX XMLJSON

Knowledge of databases such as MySQL or MongoDB

Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN

Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being able to work independently
