We are recruiting an experienced EHS Advisor to join a leading international company delivering a major data centre project in Copenhagen.
This is a site‑based leadership role, responsible for driving a positive safety culture, ensuring legislative compliance, and supporting the safe delivery of the project from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety activities on site.
Ensure compliance with project, client, and legislative requirements.
Carry out inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Review RAMS and monitor high‑risk activities.
Manage subcontractor EHS performance and lead toolbox talks.
Report on safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years’ EHS experience within construction.
Experience on large technical builds (data centres, hospitals, industrial plants, warehouses, or similar).
Contractor‑side background strongly preferred.
Fluent English required; French advantageous.
