The opportunity and what we offer

Formalize is on a hyper growth journey with a series A funding round in the back and we have to hire extensively in the next 20 months. This role comes with high responsibility and autonomy. You will be based in our Aarhus office scaling our commercial staff together with non-sales departments significantly. Seize this distinctive chance and join an existing TA team of 4 people and a full people team of 7 people.

Responsibilities

You will be joining our team of +100 people in rapid growth. We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact in the organisation from the start. In 2023, we hired 84 people and the targets and goals are bigger for 2024. Importantly, you will enter a level where you have to make sure that we meet deadlines at all times.

End-to-end responsibility of recruitment processes across our EU markets

Actively ensure own sufficient talent pipeline to meet your hiring targets

Strategize, execute and utilize university recruitment for commercial roles

Become the fifth member of the TA team with direct report to the Head of TA

Full responsibility of ATS management

Ensure excellent alignment and collaboration between you and hiring managers

Execute reverse engineering strategies for all recruitments

Full responsibility of tight commercial hiring deadlines

Qualifications and about you

We are looking for a targeted human-centric person with a “growth hacking” mindset and the way you work is vital in this position.

Strong and proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (whole process)

Strong experience within sourcing and sourcing strategies

Able to run a 50/50% outbound/inbound led strategy

Preferably you have a bachelor or master degree from university

Preferably you have a background in headhunting / agency recruitment

Experience working in ATS systems (Teamtailor is a plus)

Good experience in LinkedIn recruitment products (corporate, recruiter, job posting)

You are targeted, structured and human-centric

Able to work 37 hours per week from the Aarhus office

Native fluency in English (Danish is a plus)

You are not afraid to grab the phone, make mistakes and learn from them

Not a necessity, but very nice if

You have experience working in a startup or SaaS environment
