Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in the city of Herning Denmark As a Part-Time Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards

Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects including planning budgeting scheduling and resource management

Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Oversee safety protocols on job sites

Hire and supervise construction workers

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress reports

Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager

Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and processes

Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Good understanding of budgeting and financial principles

Proficient in using project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary The salary for this part-time position is $1100 per month
