We usually respond within two weeks
Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WSA continues to grow as a market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.
As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will take technical ownership of our cloud deployment landscape and shape how our cloud software solutions are planned, deployed, and continuously improved. This role exists to ensure our mission‑critical medical software‑as‑a‑service products are delivered consistently, reliably, and at scale, because downtime is not an option.
Skill, Impact, Leadership: In our team we value strong technical leadership in all roles – this also means that everyone, including architects, occasionally need to be hands‑on to stay grounded in the technology.
What you will do
Own the end‑to‑end cloud deployment architecture for mission‑critical, globally deployed, microservice‑based medical software solutions
Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines to enable stable, scalable, and repeatable deployments on every code change. Accelerate feedback cycles and create high confidence when going live globally
Lead deployment architecture decisions across multiple domains and cloud platforms
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve deployment predictability, quality, and speed
Implement best‑in‑class DevOps and cloud practices, including fail‑safe and rollback mechanisms based on declarative infrastructure as code
Plan and design technical implementations during refinements, PI planning, and iteration planning
Drive adoption and mastery of new cloud native technologies that enhance continuous deployment capabilities
Support scaled agile delivery across R&D and IT sites globally.
Partner with security and operations teams to ensure compliant and stable solutions.
What you bring
Experience
5–10 years of experience in cloud deployment, application architecture, or DevOps roles
Hands‑on responsibility for deploying and operating cloud applications at global scale using Hyperscalers (e.g. Azure), container orchestrators like Kubernetes, and GitOps based deployment approaches
End‑to‑end deployment of cloud‑based medical applications
Experience implementing and managing declarative Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Background working as Deployment Architect, Cloud Architect, or DevOps Engineer
Experience collaborating in scaled agile environments
University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science or a related field.
Personal competencies
You are tech‑savvy and comfortable quickly understanding new technologies while communicating effectively with technical teams
You drive results by taking ownership, prioritizing effectively, and focusing on delivering meaningful outcomes
You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on technical work
You collaborate naturally across teams, value feedback, and build strong, productive working relationships.
