We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Horsens Denmark As a Computer Support Specialist you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and open to all nationalities
Responsibilities - Provide technical support to clients through phone email or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers laptops printers and other devices
- Install and configure computer systems networks and applications
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Ensure timely resolution of technical problems while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware software networking and operating systems Windows Mac OS
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in simple terms
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position
Location This position is located in Horsens Denmark
Visa Sponsorship We welcome applicants who have their own visa for working in Denmark
