Contribute to advancing COWI’s work on data centre projects. As Structural Lead, you will manage design delivery on complex international projects, working with global clients and teams to create efficient, scalable and sustainable solutions. We are therefore looking for a Structural Lead to join us on this journey, becoming an integral part of our growing organisation and helping evolve our international data centre environment through your expertise in complex projects.
As Structural Lead, you will bring your expertise in structural engineering into multidisciplinary teams, helping translate customer needs into robust and future‑ready solutions.

Responsibilities
Act as Structural Lead on international data centre projects, accountable for scope, budget, and schedule for structural works
Engage with international data centre clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust design solutions aligned with project delivery stages (e.g. RIBA stages)
Support projects across the full lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through design, construction, and commissioning
Collaborate within multidisciplinary international teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Contribute to the development of the department’s international market presence and business growth
Guide and mentor structural engineers and designers
Qualifications
A degree in civil or structural engineering with solid experience from data centre projects or other large‑scale mission‑critical projects.
Experience working with engineering consultancy in multidisciplinary industrial projects, or complex infrastructure projects.
Experience leading structural engineering teams.
Professional proficiency in English.
