Information Security Analyst (Part-time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Herning Denmark

This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month

As an Information Security Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems to ensure the protection of company data and networks

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about information security and has a strong understanding of cyber threats and risk management

Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security systems including firewalls intrusion detection systems and anti-virus software

Identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to strengthen security measures

Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards

Investigate security breaches and incidents providing timely response and resolution

Develop and implement security policies and procedures

Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats trends and technologies to continuously improve the companys security posture

Train employees on information security best practices

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role

Strong knowledge of information security principles standards protocols and regulations eg GDPR

Experience with various operating systems Windows Linux and network technologies LANWAN

Familiarity with penetration testing tools and techniques

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify complex patterns in data

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
