Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects in Aarhus The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management with an understanding of budgeting scheduling and project coordination This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month

Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution

Monitor progress and quality of work on site

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Manage project documentation including contracts change orders and permits

Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements Bachelors degree in construction management or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management

Strong knowledge of budgeting scheduling and project coordination

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings

Familiarity with construction software such as Procore or PlanGrid
