Internship

We are looking for analysts for our spring/summer internship at Voluntās at our office in Copenhagen.

The internship program is designed to acquaint you with insight into yourself and your human potential while providing a real, hands‑on opportunity to experience various assignments with our international clients. You will contribute to our work by applying critical and creative thinking on strategic issues and propose problem‑solving frameworks to address key client challenges.

As an Analyst, you will serve as a full‑time member of our team and receive day‑to‑day coaching when joining our journey to realize human potential. Voluntās is a young and busy community. You will work within our ‘Center of Curiosity’, named ‘Strategy & Partnerships’, where you will work with organizations as they define their strategic direction, navigate change, and translate ambitions into action. You will contribute to projects that help clients address complex strategic challenges, identify opportunities, and build the structures and partnerships required to achieve their long‑term goals.

Typical work includes preparing and facilitating strategy offsites, developing roadmaps that translate vision into sequenced actions, conducting strategic and industry analyses, and shaping organizational design to improve clarity, accountability, and agility. You will collaborate with leaders and partners, applying industry insights and practical methods to support organizations as they redefine strategy, pivot their focus, or adjust structures to meet long‑term goals.

Must hold a bachelor's degree as a minimum.
