Entry-Level Construction Manager

Location Faroe Islands Profession Construction Manager We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Manager in the beautiful country of Faroe Islands. As a construction manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. Responsibilities Assist senior construction managers in planning and organizing construction projects

Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met

Communicate with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make necessary adjustments

Prepare cost estimates, budgets and schedules for construction projects

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on job sites

Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders etc.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred

Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this entry-level position. We also provide opportunities for growth within the company based on performance.
