We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in Aalborg As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning execution and delivery You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards The ideal candidate must have experience in project management and strong leadership skills to effectively manage team members and resources
Key Responsibilities Develop project plans timelines and budgets
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Identify and mitigate potential risks
Manage project team members and delegate tasks accordingly
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and meet quality standards
Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in project management
Excellent leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello
