Kirby Group Engineering is an international multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor and leading provider of high-value engineering services to a number of ‘blue chip’ companies. Operating across Ireland, the UK, Europe and South Africa, Kirby has become the engineering service provider of choice in growth segments such as pharmaceuticals, data centres and power transmission and distribution. Our culture is innovative, collaborative and performance focused. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop in a company committed to developing talent and rewarding performance.

Your New Role

Due to significant growth across our data centre portfolio in Europe, Kirby is expanding its CSA Engineering team. We are recruiting an additional CSA Engineer to support the delivery of large‑scale hyperscale data centre projects from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CSA Engineer seeking high‑impact experience across civil, structural and architectural packages within fast‑paced, technically complex data centre environments.

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including MEP engineering, QA/QC, commissioning, planning, BIM, project management and commercial functions.

The successful candidate will be supported by senior colleagues and integrated into an experienced, high‑performing delivery team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Degree‑level qualification (BSc or higher) in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering, or related discipline

Minimum 2 years’ post‑graduate experience in CSA engineering, preferably on large construction or data centre projects

Willingness to undertake site‑based work in Ireland, the UK or Europe

Strong understanding of construction drawings, site coordination and installation standards

Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor interfaces

Kirby supports hybrid working where possible, though project roles typically require site presence
