We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Herning Denmark
As a Senior Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining complex software systems while leading a team of junior developers
This role requires strong problem-solving skills excellent communication and collaboration abilities and a deep understanding of software development principles
Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements
Lead and mentor a team of junior developers
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our processes and products
Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or similar role
Proven experience in leading a team of developers
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java C++ or Python
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Fluent in written and spoken English
Salary Competitive salary package starting from $1200month depending on experience
Location Herning Denmark with accommodation provided for non-local candidates
