Job Title Contract Merchandiser in Greenland We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Merchandiser to join our team in Greenland As a Contract Merchandiser you will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement Your duties will include conducting market research analyzing sales data and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective product placement strategies You must have excellent organizational skills a strong understanding of customer behavior and the ability to work independently A biometric passport is required for this position

Responsibilities Develop and implement merchandising plans to increase sales and improve customer experience

Conduct market research to identify trends competitive products and consumer preferences

Analyze sales data to understand product performance and make recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with the sales team to create effective product placement strategies based on consumer behavior

Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal stock levels

Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing and secure favorable terms for merchandise

Create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase products and encourage purchasing

Conduct regular store visits to assess inventory levels review displays and provide feedback on merchandising strategies

Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or retail management

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior patterns

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint

Biometric passport required
