Junior Network and Systems Administrator

As a Junior Network and Systems Administrator you will be responsible for providing technical support maintenance and troubleshooting services for our companys computer network and systems in Horsens This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1600$ making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field We welcome applicants without prior experience as training will be provided on the job

Responsibilities Install configure and maintain computer network systems including servers routers switches and firewalls

Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues

Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues as they arise

Provide technical support to end users on hardware software and connectivity issues

Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems or upgrades

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in networking technology

Requirements Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field preferred

Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCPIP DNS DHCP

Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

Basic understanding of security principles and best practices

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Location This position is based in Horsens Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Horsens or are willing to relocate at their own expense

Other Requirements As this is a contract position with urgent hiring needs we require candidates who possess a valid biometric passport that allows them to work in Denmark without any restrictions
