Position Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through phone calls and introducing them to the innovative recruitment solutions offered by our company. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop essential communication and sales skills while contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective companies to generate leads and establish rapport.

Clearly articulate the value proposition of our recruitment services and tailor presentations to suit the needs of each client.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions and following up on inquiries.

Provide feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to enhance our services and marketing strategies.

About you:

Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program.

Excellent communication skills in English and Danish, both verbal and written. (other Scandinavian languages are also very welcome)

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.

Self‑motivated and results‑oriented with a drive to achieve targets.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus
