Principal QA Engineer – Automation

Collaborate with three agile development teams of approximately 5–7 members

Understand and question customer requirements and discuss solutions

Implement automated tests for selected solutions

Conduct manual testing and provide support

Focus on test automation for the Digital Engagement Platform (DEP)

Automate testing generally, including load and data ingestion from multiple sources

Contribute to test strategies

Enhance test management and processes, including planning, structuring, tracking, release coordination, and assessment

Improve maintainability, observability, system performance, scalability, continuous integration, and deployment

Contribute to product features and continuous improvement of processes, collaboration, build and deployment durations, and test automation

Requirements Experience or skills in testing, TDD, agile testing, and test methodologies

Experience with automated UI tests using Selenium or Cypress

Experience with automated API-based feature testing

Experience with data-driven testing and automated data testing

C# and .NET development

Microsoft Azure

Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)

Writing and organizing test cases

Manual application testing

Ability and interest to learn additional listed technologies and testing methodologies

Knowledge of xUnit, NUnit, RestSharp, Moq, dbt, AutoMapper, FluentAssertions, SpecFlow/BDD, JMeter, Postman, Azure Load Testing, Azure DevOps, or Docker/Kubernetes considered a plus

Collaborative, clear communicator with solid problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
