Event Assistant (volunteer)

Retail Insights organises the largest global events enabling retail and investment innovation by connecting C‑level executives with entrepreneurs and investors. The 2023 Retail Insights Conference will take place on 20 November at Clarion Hotel in Copenhagen.

This volunteer program is open to undergraduate and graduate students studying business and finance, or individuals with a strong interest in the retail sector. Volunteers will support the event by assisting with logistics, welcoming guests, running stage rehearsals, and providing general support during the conference.

Responsibilities:

Attend a 2‑hour training session and rehearsals on the afternoon preceding the event.

Provide assistance on the day of the conference, including set‑up, registration, and event support.

Collaborate with the Retail Insights team to ensure smooth event execution.
