We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Roskilde Denmark As the Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations including production quality control inventory management and staff supervision The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain recipes for various baked goods
Oversee production and ensure quality standards are met
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Train and supervise bakery staff in all aspects of baking
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications Degree or certification in baking or pastry arts
Experience working as a head baker or managing a bakery operation
Knowledge of Danish baking traditions and recipes
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month
