If you are passionate about improving processes, bringing people together and turning complex challenges into practical solutions, this could be your next opportunity.
Join our Flow of Goods Development team and help shape the future of logistics at BESTSELLER by improving business processes, driving digital development and delivering tangible value across the organisation.
YOUR ROLE
Translate business challenges, opportunities and strategic objectives into clear requirements and value-driven solutions with Process Owners, Product Owners and development teams.
Drive process improvement, digitalisation and automation initiatives from identifying opportunities through to implementation, adoption and value realisation.
Analyse end-to-end logistics processes and performance data to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and align stakeholders to ensure solutions address genuine business needs and create measurable value.
Contribute to the development and prioritisation of our digital product portfolio while creating transparency around processes, ownership, governance, roles and responsibilities.
YOUR TEAM
In Flow of Goods, we have more than 50 dedicated colleagues working to ensure that BESTSELLER products move seamlessly from our suppliers to our customers while continuously improving the way we work.
You'll join a small development team consisting of four colleagues and your manager. We work across process development, data and reporting and project implementation. We value curiosity, collaboration and the ability to challenge existing ways of working constructively.
Our development team acts as a partner to the wider logistics organisation, helping turn operational challenges and strategic ambitions into improved processes, stronger data foundations and digital solutions.
Together, we connect logistics with brands, markets and central functions, keeping BESTSELLER fast, flexible and future-ready.

may be early in your career but have gained some practical experience with process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence or a similar field

can structure complex topics, facilitate discussions and create alignment across different stakeholders
