Finance Manager

Tasks Manage accounting, AR/AP, expenses

Budgeting & forecasting of financials

Global payroll, pension, and other benefits

Monthly financial reporting & controlling

International trade, incl. EU VAT, US state tax

Lead annual report process

Collaborate with financial stakeholders (banks, auditors, etc.)

Process optimisation & system improvements (automations)

Reporting to the CEO, finance partner to the global AIAIAI team

Requirements Educational background in accounting or finance

Experience from a previous role (+5 years) within a finance operations

Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Business Central

Advanced user in Excel/Google sheets

Thrive in an international environment across multiple time-zones

Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail

You have eye for detail and always strive to ensure your work is error free

Fluent in Danish and English

Preferred interest in music, audio, and consumer electronics
