Job Description

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization You will be working closely with team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and meet all quality standards This role requires strong leadership skills excellent organization and communication abilities and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Previous experience in project management is required as well as a biometric passport for international travel This position is located in Odense and does not include accommodation

Responsibilities Plan organize and manage project resources

Develop project schedules and timelines

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

Communicate project updates to stakeholders

Ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints

Manage project risks and issues

Conduct meetings with team members to discuss project status

Provide guidance and support to team members

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution

Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement

Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field

Proven experience in project management

Strong leadership skills

Excellent organization and communication abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Biometric passport for international travel
