As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and operations within our company This includes managing a team of IT professionals implementing and maintaining technology systems and providing technical support to employees.
Responsibilities Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives
Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance and support as needed
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of technology systems including hardware software networks and servers
Ensure the security of company data by implementing proper measures and protocols
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the companys systems
Train employees on how to effectively use technology systems to enhance productivity
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions in daily operations
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions that streamline processes
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware software networks servers and security protocols
Ability to manage a team effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Familiarity with project management principles for implementing new systems or upgrades
Location Preference Herning preferred but open to candidates from other cities
