Sales Manager - Esbjerg, Denmark

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our companys Esbjerg location You will be managing a team of sales representatives and developing strategies to meet sales targets Your role will involve building relationships with clients identifying new business opportunities and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals This position requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record in achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets

Manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance and support as needed

Build and maintain relationships with clients identifying their needs and providing solutions

Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making

Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals

Analyze data and provide reports on sales performance to upper management

Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Esbjerg area

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the Esbjerg region

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and identify their needs

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position Additionally we provide visa sponsorship for non-Danish nationals who meet all necessary requirements
