We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Aalborg Denmark As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to our architectural projects You will work closely with clients and team members to develop design concepts create detailed drawings and plans and oversee the construction process This role requires strong design skills technical expertise and project management experience The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in the field This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month
Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects from concept to completion
Develop design concepts and present them to clients
Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other software
Collaborate with team members including engineers contractors and interior designers
Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
Manage project budgets and timelines
Conduct site visits as needed for quality control purposes
Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Denmark
Excellent project management skills
Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Denmark
Familiarity with sustainable design principles
Fluent in Danish language
