Field Service Site Supervisor

We are recruiting for the position of Field Service Site Supervisor for our Poultry Division. In this role you will be responsible for the on‑site installation of our Poultry Solutions. This role plays a key part in the installation of our solutions to ensure that work is carried out according to JBT Marel specification, project plan and to customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

Extensive in‑house technical preparation and planning with project team.

Supervise installations at our customers worldwide.

Always be in control of project planning.

Work closely with the JBT Marel project team, customers and local sub‑contractors.

Manage customer expectations at all‑time throughout the project.

Clearly communicate project plan, technical instructions and feedback to JBT Marel.

Ensure reporting in a timely manner and according to JBT Marel policies.

Report on safety concerns and incidents to management throughout the project.

What kind of a person are you?

Proven experience in supervising on‑site installations, with strong technical know‑how.

Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee work activities based on project demands, equipment volume, and personnel capabilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, customers and contractors.

Strong commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to identify, report, and follow up on safety concerns in accordance with company policies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience with and comfort working in multi‑cultural, multi‑discipline organization is an advantage.

Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (about 60% of the time).
