Unity developer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Unity Developer to join our growing team in Aalborg, Denmark.

As a Unity Developer you will be responsible for creating and maintaining engaging and interactive games and experiences using the Unity game engine. This is a part‑time position that is perfect for students looking to gain experience in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities Collaborate with game designers and artists to create compelling gameplay experiences

Implement game mechanics, UI/UX elements and other features using C within the Unity engine

Optimize code for performance and memory usage

Debug and troubleshoot technical issues

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game development

Requirements Strong knowledge of C programming language

Proficiency in using the Unity game engine

Experience with game development tools such as Visual Studio, Git and JIRA

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent problem‑solving skills

Strong attention to detail

Passion for gaming and eagerness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications Experience developing mobile games for iOS or Android platforms

Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Maya or Blender

Knowledge of shader programming in Unity

Previous experience working on published games or projects

Salary This is a part‑time position with a salary of 1,200 USD per month. Accommodation may also be provided for non‑local candidates.

Location The job is located in Aalborg, Denmark. While Danish nationality or location is preferred, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who are legally allowed to work in Denmark.
