CMC is looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join a client in the Greater Copenhagen Region. This is a fixed-term consultant assignment.
You will operate either as an independent freelance consultant or as an employed consultant through CMC.
Overview
We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity consultant for a consultant assignment in the Greater Copenhagen Region. The role covers supporting cybersecurity initiatives across client environments, with a focus on risk, compliance, security architecture and operational security. Experience from regulated industries and IT/OT environments is a benefit.
Responsibilities:
Support cybersecurity risk assessments and gap analyses.
Perform threat modelling and risk analysis.
Advise on security architecture, controls and best practices.
Assist with vulnerability management, incident response and security monitoring.
Support compliance and audit activities against relevant frameworks and standards.
Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and vendors.
Contribute to documentation, policies and security procedures.
Requirements
Knowledge of common frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443).
Experience with risk assessments, security controls and compliance.
Experience with threat modelling and risk assessment methodologies.
Familiarity with IT/OT environments is beneficial.
Relevant certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
