We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a luxury apartment building in Randers As the first point of contact for residents and guests you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all their needs are met.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while working part-time
Key Responsibilities Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner
Assist with resident inquiries requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with relevant departments
Maintain the appearance of the lobby area including tidying up newspapers magazines and other items
Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety of residents and guests
Assist in organizing events or activities for residents
Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude towards helping others
Must have own visawork permit for Denmark
We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month
