Sales Manager

We are hiring a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting revenue targets developing and maintaining client relationships and managing a team of sales representatives You will also be responsible for developing sales strategies identifying new business opportunities and monitoring market trends To excel in this role you should have strong leadership skills excellent communication and negotiation abilities and a proven track record of meeting sales goals A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve companys revenue goals

Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision makers

Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance on achieving targets

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities

Present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis

Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional materials and campaigns

Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role

Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage teams

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of CRM software is preferred

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
