We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Vejle As a construction manager you will be responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities - Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Create and manage budgets for each project
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
- Review and approve project designs plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and construction best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
Salary This is a part‑time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Location This position is based in Vejle but may require occasional travel to project sites within the surrounding area.
